Showroom Sales Associate

Designitch is a furniture and lighting showroom and importer in Al Quoz, Dubai. We represent more than 100 European brands across furniture, lighting, rugs and finishes, and we sell to architects, interior designers and private clients, both from the showroom floor and online.

The Showroom Sales Associate is the first person a visitor meets, on the floor and on our digital channels. You greet and qualify every walk-in and route them correctly: returning clients and architects or designers go to the Projects team, private clients buying in-stock or arriving-soon pieces you handle yourself. You sell accessories, in-stock furniture and lighting directly, with spot pricing, brand background and product origin at hand.

You manage first-line enquiries on WhatsApp Business, the showroom phone line, Instagram DMs and the sales inbox, resolving what you can and passing the rest to Projects, Logistics or Partnerships.

You keep the showroom ready: display coherence, and the visual merchandising of accessories, furniture and lighting. You explain lead times, in-stock versus made-to-order, and customisation options clearly, and you move clients from interest to purchase to project.

Schedule: five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 19:00. Weekend Sunday and Monday.

What we need: experience selling furniture, lighting or other design-led products from a showroom or retail floor; comfortable handling pricing and client enquiries across phone, WhatsApp and Instagram; based in Dubai.
